H&M, one of the world's largest international fashion brands, opened its first store in Venezuela on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Sambil Caracas. The H&M Holiday 2025 collection was the highlight of the opening, showcasing the latest holiday styles and a wide selection of pieces for all Venezuelans.

More than 300 excited people waited outside H&M Sambil Caracas to be the first to enter the store. There was a very active line, and many people received prizes.

The exciting ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Beatriz Volkmann, Regional Manager of Hola Moda, Elimar Fernández, Regional Operation, Security & Facility Manager of Hola Moda, Andrea de Sousa, Regional Human Resources Manager of Hola Moda, Johanna Schirmer, Area Manager of H&M Venezuela, and María Eugenia Castillo, Store Manager of H&M Sambil Caracas.

“It was very gratifying and exciting to see that people were waiting for us with such enthusiasm. Bringing fashion and quality, at the best price, to a new country is always a cause for joy, but the reception we have had in Venezuela has exceeded all our expectations,” says Beatriz Volkmann, Regional Manager of Hola Moda.

“In recent months, we have worked diligently to ensure that all our customers have a wonderful experience when visiting H&M Sambil Caracas. Focused on unity and collaboration, our goal is to present fashion in an elevated way, to inspire our visitors. We are thrilled to know that we can help our customers express their style and find outfits they love,” said Johanna Schirmer, Area Manager of H&M Venezuela.

In its 2,500 m² of sales area, H&M Sambil Caracas offers fashion for everyone, with collections for women, men, children, and also a sports section called H&M Move.
